Well we are gonna include a nice choice of resource gathers. We'll combine it with some reality and alot of bullshit madeup stuff.

First and formost:

Rice Patty - it produces and does so cheaply. I'll probably have the peasants built from a seperate structure. Like a village type structure. (actually I know more than I'm letting on there :p ) And yes you will see little flat round hat bending over to pick up rice from the patty the same same you see Ivan Hoe farming in BFME1.

Mine - not the kind you use to transport troops, the kind that actually makes the goods like a Furnace does. More expensive but makes more goods.

Fishing dock - if codable, a neutral structure to be captured that uses the lumbermill style of sending out small boats to gather fish resources placed on the water section of the map. Not as hard to code as you think as you can simply take a tree and make it a school of fish and place them near the surface for gathering, tough one but we'll see if it sticks or not. Not a priority.

I love the sound of that idea, and my guess is is that it is codeable, but requirs a lot of work but will cetainly pay off.
