AOL should be destroyed, sued for massive use of spyware, false advertising, blatant preying on those who are unfortunate enough to not know enough about computers and therefore will believe whatever they're told, for issuing the most awful service in the world, the most unreliable service in the world, and primarily for actually making people PAY for such service (or lack thereof).
All who use AOL should instantly, at this nanosecond, request a MAC code to transfer to another provider.
None should ever use the browser, either, which is basically IE only trolled with spyware and with a disconnection every time it crashes or you close it down.
I can't speak for Netscape or Opera, but FF pwnz IE.
The only Mozilla that AOL explorer does pwn is the one who posted this thread.

And Blaat thusly states the blatantly obvious

AOL as an ISP sucks.
but AOL as a content provider [ Webtv, webradio, shoutcasts, ect ect ] is actually quite good, and most people wish that they could just get a cheap AOL for just the content it provides.

OLD SIG
When history witnesses a great change Razgriz reveals itself,
first as a dark demon. As a demon it uses it power to rain death upon the land,
and then it dies. However after a period of slumber Razgriz returns
As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon
Behold the Razgriz, its wings of black sheath
The demon soars through the dark skies
Fear and Death trail its shadow beneath
Until Men united wield a hallowed sabre
In Final Reckoning, the beast is slain.

@ Komataguri: I haven't tweaked FF at all... I got it because I didn't want to walk into the spyware infested deathtrap that is known as untweaked IE... I don't even know how to tweak browsers, so I went to the one thing that sounded good. That happened to be FF. And I happened to come across FF Bon Echo, so I downloaded that.

Even then, IE needs third party addons to make it remotely usable. Not what I call better than anything... besides, if IE is great, why are more and more people turning to alterantive browsers?
