Well I noticed that your staff have specific colours allocated to them. So that new and/or old/currant members know what each colour represent you should ad a staff legend. If you have not heard of one I can get a screenshot, I can also supply the code and give instructions if need be.

umm the colours also say on there member gfx icons what part of the team/staff they are. i believe

There's usually text on the lefthand side under the avatar which tells you what each person's job is. Mine doesn't, because I'm God, and I'm allowed 
It is a little bit vague on occasion who's staff of what, exactly, but their green and red text makes it clear
