No it's......well actually we don't really know what it is other than a new Empire at War Mod in the works. Merely mentioning the words "Red Dawn" although not touted as an official title, really, all we can do, is look at the pretty picture.

where did you dig it from AGT ? that may give us some clues on the nature of the mod

Did you read the quote towards the bottom? It seems to be a Red mod, something Kal would like.
