You make this sound funny, and it is all pointless.

Thats because it is pointless. These people want a holy land without even becoming "holy" spiritually, so its bollacks.

You're both really naive. We're dealing with people who don't look to reason here on both sides. One was invaded, another was promised the land. You would be the same way if you were in the same position, and to think otherwise would be just plain stupid of you.

No shit but the truth is its a pointless worthless conflict which will only cause more problems in the region if not solved soon.

I find it amazingly hillarious how humans tout themselves as being greater than thou beings, highly evolved and intellectual.



When they are nothing but animals, and continue to act as such. Developing their own little groups [ Or Packs ], with dominate alpha males and females, and if anyone threatens their territory [someone breaking in ] or threatens one of their pack members, they won't hesitate to attack and kill.

Interesting, I've only been saying that for six months and people have been trying to bring this stupid philosophy crap into the mix.

Thats where maturity and spiritually comes in. Spirituality doesn't nessercarily mean theres a god, it means instead of working for yourself and acting like pack of hounds humans focus on whats really important, it certainly isn't our bodily lusts or desires or materialism.

this why i'm an atheist....religion ends up going nowhere because it becomes a contest about who can become more dedicated, which eventually leads to fanaticism, and situations like this one. if there is a solution, let's find it and put it into action. if not, give each of them better weapons and let them eradicate each other. or, better yet, why they don't just proclaim all-out war with each other and see who wins. winner stays, loser gos. simple as that.

Control and herd mentality religion causes. Its just groups of people trying to persuade others of their beliefs. If others are not persuaded, when those whom believe in that religion die out, the religion no longer exists. Another way of looking at it i guess.

on the topic of Palestine and Israel, represantatives of Hamas have visited Sweden and are most likely going to visit Norway within the next 2/3 weeks. this has apparently caused alot of complaints from France, EU and the US among others(apparently quite alot of it, they seem pretty ).
personally i don't see how this really is a problematic situation. you can't make political progress without talking to people. And by freezing them out i believe that you are just making the matters worse. what is your opinion on the case?

I'm generally more for Israel, any idea? Has anybody of you ever seen Dachau? What the people of my contry did to the Jews 60 years ago?

They needed a land, but shoud they have been give Alaska? No not really! Do you know that palistina is only fight over since Israel is there, cause they made sth out of the desert! And also I think the palestinians should get a land, but what did their arabian friends, gave them a land? No, they threw them out! I think both Israel and Palestins should get a land our unite! But there is a problem, what do you do with the terrorists when there is peace? They will never accept what is agreed!

in my opinion that is not a valid excuse to do the things that Israel are doing these days. Israel uses the holocaust as a trumph-card to get away with any inhuman situation that no other country would be able to because of the holocaust. if i don't remember wrongly, we didnt really start hearing this much(we heard about it naturally, but how much do we hear about the other millions of people who died during the war? 11million civilians and around 10 million military personell died in soviet during the war, its not like we allow Russia to walk around occupying territory because of that...) about the holocaust all the time before Israel started expanding their territories in the 60s and 70s.

i feel sorry for those jews who were exterminated during the war that in the future their destiny will most likely be more remembered because of Israel's deeds than germany's...
