This poll was made to see what the community thought of switching the Auroura Alpha Bomber with the Auroura Beta Bomber.

In the Crazy Ideas thread, we have been discussing this after I brought it up.

The Superweapons General is about very powerful weapons and abilities, right? Well, ask yourself this:
Is the Auoura Alpha Bomber stronger or weaker than the Auroura Beta Bomber with Impulse Bombs?

The answer: The Beta is stronger, but only with Impulse Bombs.

Sure, the FAB is nice, but shouldn't the Alpha go to the Airforce General? He is more of a bomb and missile based general that her, as she uses shells and particle cannons to win, not bombs and missiles. The least we can do is make it so the SW General gets the Beta.

If you think a little, you'll realize that anything that is an Alpha is a prototype, on the first level of use and development based on research gained during use. A Beta, which would have come out later and therefore be more powerful in some ways, is for the same use, but farther along the technological and developemental lines than the Alpha. Eventually the finished version is released, but that one usually doesn't have as powerful weapons, to be safer. In this case, the Beta, being newer and stronger, should go to the general who uses powerful explosions and superweapons more (Betas are basically generals powers, they're so strong) instead of the bomb and missile general, who will still get some pretty good bang for his buck.

I voted no. The Auroras are fine as is, with the generals their with. I don't see the need to change them.

That's my 2 cents worth. :)

I voted yes because i think that impulse bombs go nicely with the SWG, sounds nice and techy in addition i agree that the AFG is about missiles and presition instead of technology and super powers

Try to validate your E-Mail address. If you have trouble talk to Jsmooth13 or an admin about it, then you should be able to vote.

There should be a "Resend Validation E-mail" button somewhere.

If not, talk to admin.

Also, check your "junk" bin (if you have one) because sometimes automatic e-mails are sent directly to those bins.

Anything else just tell me. :p

Well, I guess most people want it to be switched then.

There should be a "Resend Validation E-mail" button somewhere.

Wish ISTOX forums had one. I've been in the e-mail Validation black hole for 6 months now, with no valid e-mail address on their end to contact Admin with. Oh well.

i think the arouras should b switched but maybe different animations for the 2nd explosions, or if not maybe just add an upgrade for swgen for his alphas, summit like mini moab upgrade - not to powerfull just better than impuse bombs and it would cause i tini moab explosion on impact insted off the secondary FAB explosion which sumtimes never works.....................

if u add the upgrade for like 5k then it will b balence and then each aroura has its own explosions but then in this case i think that it should be the following::

normal usa: normal aroura - no 2nd explosion - drop cost to 2000

laser : some sort of 2nd explosion maby the effect when partricle cannons explode - weaker then mimi moab up but just weaker than impulse

SWG: add an upgrade for his alphas, summit like mini moab upgrade - not to powerfull just better than impuse bombs and it would cause i tini moab explosion on impact, after this up increse aroura cost to 3000

AFG: keep with impuse bombs.......................

I dissagree, The Air force gen should have the alpha, with the normal alpha secondary explosion, and the Super weapon gen should get the beta, with the beta primary explosion unchanged, just switch the two with those generals.

1) the SWG has advanced technology and super weapons as a specialty, and the AFG has power, precision and awe as his.

2)I think that continuing to adjust an already well balenced weapon, the aroura, would be overdoing the modification.

3)It is only debated that beta should be, as a more advanced verson, put on a general that boasts in that type of power, I believe that the SWG is that general.

4)The same goes for the alpha, only on the AFG.
