Rumours are rife around the community of what could be an upcoming release of modding tools for Empire at War. With E3 under two weeks away, Modding and Mapping tools have apparently been passed onto the Lucas Arts QA Team. How long it will be before release is another question.
Rumours are also about of workings on a version 1.04 of Empire at War. No details on fixes or balance issues, or any confirmation of the news.

I remember reading something a long time ago about how modding tools would be released, and how this would be the most moddable game ever.
