You forgot the multi-engineer clause in earlier versions of MCV ®.

Then you will truly feel whey I am so fearsome.

What is the "multi engineer clause?"

Multiple engineers tasked to the same building are not liable for any damage caused by the 'Too many cooks' effect. This especially applies to earlier Engineers, who were mostly incompetent and somewhat useless.

Modern-day EngiRusher™ is much more effective.
