Personally i think it's not possible to view the event of the destruction of the towers without looking at the casualties.

Perhaps the US needed a wakeup call, but calling 9/11 a good thing is simply hatefull towards those who lost family/friends there.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

If the native american indians said of the USA 'this is our land', and another nation backed them up, and they would be FAR more within their right to do so than the Jews, I doubt you'd support them.

These words need to be addressed first as they are the most logical. What the American government did to the indigenous people in the US during the 19th century is inexcusable. But it is ancient history in modern terms.

While it is being dealt with in the US with many laws for indigenous people, it is not a topic of this artcile. But a very good point never the less.

Wake-up call? Pah, about terrorism? If the twin towers could have been destroyed without any casualties it would have been a good thing if it was a blow because it was a monument to capitalism.

No amount of legislations will change the fact that it was their land, you took it, and did everything that goes against their beliefs and morals.

The americans have infinitely more right to be there than the Jews but you'd never support them.

one thing i found ironic today about Iran is that a few years back, they agreed stopping to develop nuclear stuff if the EU (prolly the us aswell) acknowledged the political opposition as terrorist organizations. thus giving the fundamentalist regime the right to hunt them down, put them in jail and to execute people that would work against the religious fanatics in charge down there.

also, something that the western media hasnt been saying alot about is that Iran has said that if the UN gives them trouble, they will systematically execute all political prisoners they got(seems a bit extreme that one, but it wouldnt surprize me as it would be wise to get rid of the opposition once things starts to go downhill).

if we've been more supportive of the opposition in Iran, things might have been a whole lot different down there right now. but when the people in charge have been endorsed by us to hunt down the opposition, you can't really blame everything on them...

If they execute political prisoners due to simple pressure from the UN, their regime will fall so swiftly it will be mind boggling. The second they start shooting people over that, intervention will be the least of their worries.

these are people already stuck in prison for being against the regime. why havent their supporters done something for them yet?

they are imprisoning and executing opposition members as they please it seems to me, and they seem to be getting away with it just fine...

I suppose but even today I spoke with some iranian customers who talked about thier family all came to the US, I said "gee I wonder why" they said" yeah, I wonder why and smirked" so the regime and the country they come from is not a place where they want to live.

So, how does that instantly makes them supportive of any intervention that is to hit their country?

(2) Evolution can't be true, since I lack the mental capacity to understand it; moreover, to accept its truth would cause me to be uncomfortable.
(3) Therefore, God exists.
