I was wondering about if it would be possible to "learn" the AI to switch their Attack and Defense Schemes, let's say i attack the Enemy Base always of the right Flank, so the AI will guard this Side a lot more, so i can't breach through that easy... Know what i mean? I want to be the AI a lot more Human-Like so that they will know how to counter a lot more attacks and don't be just overrun...

You could use counters and areas to determine where the player attacks most, and defend those areas most heavily. I don't know how much the AI can learn though, as it is fairly limited in capabilities.
