You can't blame it on 'loonies' when it's in government policy that criminals are killed, after court cases.

You can't blame it on 'loonies' when it's in government policy that criminals are killed, after court cases.

I'm not talking about the death penalty, I'm talking about a bunch of crazed animals (extremists) killing someone for propaganda purposes. Don't change the subject.
