Uhhh......Well.....Shoop da whoop....I dont wanna say it because it was racist....But it was a Blooper when DBZ Cell was like chargin his laser

So here it is, Cell was Chargin his laser for the finishing move on some DBZ character...THEN 4chan made something where they made a huge mouth and googly eyes and called it....."Nigra Cell" also known as "Nigger Cell"...

Any form of "SHOOP DA WHOOP" is Commonly known as "IMA CHARGIN MAH LAZOR" And/or "IMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR"
