I sympathize with communism because it would be the ideal community if it could actually be done. (Look under "Communists" for more.)
communist society is almost a utopia... it works on paper, however due to corruption and human error, communist governments are often very corrupt and/or disfunctional. don't sympathize communism, it doesn't have feelings.

Yes, as you say, it works on paper, and I do believe one day it could work for real.
There is no way to answer either question without conforming to some societal label, purely because that is how we work. We would be nowhere without the capacity to give something a name or put it into a box.
