Tuff to get the hang of modeling mobile suits eh, Its not bad. (has alot more detail then my first MS model) A good first, my tip is try playing around with the proportions of it: Legth of the torso(shorter), Length of lower legs (longer), legth of arms (longer), length on feet(shorter).

Its pretty good. Like infinity said though the proportions need a little work. I know you dont like modeling heads but if you start with the head and then move to the chest it will give you something to base the rest of the model on. Starting with the legs or arms doesnt give you a lot to go by, and by the time you get to the chest and head everything is off.
Oh and if you have time you might wanna check out this tutorial. Its not gundam but it will help a lot. This is the tutorial I used when I first started.
