Does anyone can share or teach how to create or code a new Naval Unit for Generals and Zero Hour?

Anyone? :)

Ermm...
the correct spelling would be "Does anyone know how to create a Naval Unit?" OR "Can anyone share how to create a Naval Unit'"

I don't know, alltough I'm currntly working on a unit of my own, so I do very much hope you get an answer...

My best guess is that is made similar to the tank (without the tracks - alltough there should be bones on the centre and rear of the ship).
Ship hull, turrets, barrels, rotating objects (like radar) - separate objects linked later together...

New naval unit? The main specified specific specification for that would be the ability to move over water.

Open up Locomotor.ini and in any of the entries under Surface=, add WATER and it'll work.
