For those of you who have ever hated the 'Net companies for overcharging, I join your ranks... Tomorrow, I lose my portal to the world. My 'Net is being cut because my family hasn't the money to pay the bill atm, so this means I'll be away for a week or three. I plan to come back with a fervorous rage, once I have the money to pay the bill. For now, all's not well in the house of Cooper.

As the demon sleeps, man turns on man.
Its own blood, and madness soon cover the earth.
From the depths of despair awaken the Razgriz.
Its raven wings ablaze in majestic light.
Amidst the eternal waves of time
From a ripple of change shall the storm rise
Out of the abyss peer the eyes of a demon

Blaat never visited when I was about to lose my internet :( and I still might, I only posponed it 2 months, AOL has a 2 month free trial. You know those annoying disks they give you that come in the mail? Well just install it, call up AOL, and set up an account for a free trial. Just make sure you call to cancel... they are tricky little marketers.

Verizon seems to always have great deals (Don't know if they're a primary ISP in Iowa though, might be just SBC?) on DSL, $25-30 a month. I've got Comcast, bit more expensive but the service is better IMO. Just a lower cost alternative above dialup though, if you're looking for one and you're stuck with $50/month cable.

Nah. I realized that I wigged out a little too much about it. I mean, I've got good service, as I also have Xbox Live, so I need something that can handle lots of stress. And, yeah, that's SBC who runs it here. We have Verizon wireless phone service, but no ISP. I mean,I've got Qwest. Sort of pricey, but I haven't lost connection since I got it, I can be on the computer and online with my Xbox 360 (if you want to know why I have that, PM me) at the same time, and not get shitty DL times and bad ping. Sort of on the pricey side, but worth it.
