Just a quick blog post showing photos from the trip to the Imperial War Museum on 5/7/06. The trip was organised a while ago for Xeno & myself too meet up after I missed the other tip to London at the end of last year & we managed to drag AG along at the last minute.

Xeno was cameraman for the day BTW & click on the photos for a bigger image.

A view from the entrance, P-51 at the back, Fw-190 on the left & a spitfire on the right.

Interesting Jagdpanther with the side cut away.

Posted Image
An M3A3, it was apparently Montgomery’s personal tank during the North African campaign.

Posted Image
Bit blurry but that’s a British 5.5’ Mk.III gun.

Posted Image
AG getting a bit friendly with an A-Bomb

Posted Image
Big WW1 howitzer, don’t know what type tho.

Posted Image
The smallest (surviving) boat that took part in the evacuation at Dunkirk.

Posted Image
A German 88mm Flak gun. Not 100% sure which type tho, probably a 37 or 38.

Posted Image
Thunderbirds are Go! (sorry couldn’t help myself :p )

Posted Image
An A4 missile, better know as the V2.

Posted Image
Me & AG next to the 28cm guns from a Revenge class ship.

One last photo before we leave the main gates.

Theres the Melbourne Tank Museum but they auctioned out their stock  But if you need pics of Australian tanks let me know :spam:
That unidentifed biggun looks like a British 9.2" Mark I Howitzer, which I think the IWM has.

Don't know that one. Got a picture because of quick google came up blank. :)

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

Nope, a humble General Omnibus Co. B4 Omnibus called "'Ole Bill". I have dozens of pictures of it I used for my voxel :) (this one)
