I beleive it died it. Atleast when I asked how many mods Tom was doing he said that POC died out.
Its fun, if you reach population of 250, you will get a prize

well basicly i ran out of time todo any modding for a month or so, so i passed it onto the others, and they said they did not want to continue it for now. But i think thta they may go back to it when all the current projects they are doing are done.
a mod for rotwk, includes Harad, Rhun, Rohan and Southern Fiefdoms Factions, beta released, site/forums for the mod is here.
