And i never said it should not be in remix.
but i do feel that it may still add some handicap to one side depending on player tactics or skill levels.
and yes i agree spaming is not a tactic, never said it was and i hardly ever use it. Most spaming tactics lead to massive casultys and can tend to fail.
Quilty over quantity.
I find that smaller forces made up of better units or with units with there own capabiltys paired with another group of units of another strenth is most likly going to win with less casultys.
Tanks rush often have massive casultys and die, build a artil force and 2 groups of tanks light and heavly. group them 1,2 and 3
send the light tanks as ahead to clear parth for the artil, keep light tanks just out side ther base defence line range, use artil to destroy all defence and hopfuly catch some of there units coming out to engange if any.
Once u punched a hole into there line push your light armor up.
this will take most of the brunt and wil lose most but will effectivly be making that hole bigger and killing of workers and units that may try to rebuild/restrenthen that area.
then push your heavy tanks up slowly, and if u like walk your artil forword.
combine this with small airstrikes and u wil win.
A wise man chooses death before war, A wiser man chooses not to become war.
Foamy!?!! Xombie!?! Awesome Cannon Rock
Everyone should watch this and pass it on as its a very good argument on the subject of Global Warming.

Also, fewer buildings = fewer units in play (slower build rate)
Fewer Units = Less EXP
Less EXP = Fewer general's powers.
There still will be general's powers, but more conservative gameplay in theory should add up to slower leveling.
Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.
