hmm, that's news. what i heard is that he just somehow copied the campaign files over to multiplayer.
if deezire had such a tool, i'm sure we would already have it too (he could "accidentally" share it on p2p )

Now I know a lot on INI except FX. Still looking hard for an APT editor
If you think INI cant do radical thinks, look at Gladiator Underworld Return of Morgoth, or at my Dol-Galad map when it is released.

don't waste your time, you're not gonna find one
and yes, INI can do very radical things. it's effort/effect rate (which is something i just invented ) is actually much better than any other kind of modding
