I added the stealth commanche upgrade to the america airfeild all the ini is correct, but the problem i am facing is that the ai isnt buying it altough i modified the Skirmish America AI, and added a new script in the Upgrades folder that included

Maybe it doesn't have enough money? Run the script debugger and test it again.
