What I wonder though is, do you really need a belief to tell you what's right and wrong? I mean, is that your number one reason for believing what you believe?

I don't need anyone to tell me what's right or wrong. I can decide that for myself, I can feel it in my heart. Why would I need a church, a priest or a book to tell me what's right and wrong, when I can feel it right here in my own heart?

I can think of multiple reasons why people choose to believe what they believe. But the right-wrong reason alone just doesn't really do it.

It is more than just right and wrong... and I'll get into that a little bit later because I'm starting to run short on time...

You don't HAVE to go to church or see a priest for things like confessing your sins. Those are your sins and God is the only person you need to talk to about it... The Bible is more of a guide, not a rule book. And what you say is right and wrong can be different from what someone else thinks is right and wrong. The world sees killing as wrong. But an individual might see it as right. Why? I don't, I'm not them. It's only an example.

And Spencer... You also need to start giving your sources... because I haven't seen you give me any either..... Here is a source... And don't just read the top part and say its crap... read it all. What you're looking for isn't very far down the page..... anyway...

ta-ta for now..

Regardless, nearly every question you've asked in two threads has been nearly completely answered at quite some length in the preceeding pages. I'm absolutely completely worn bare about going over this stuff again. It's all in these topic, in the posts of myself and others, it has been addressed, redressed, postdressed, returned to sender, and forwarded to the Postmaster General. Everything here has been looked at numerous times from different angles in a total of about seven threads spread all across the board.
Personally, I'm done. I just can't go on arguing the same thing over and over, and it will just lead to more argument. Say what you will, quote what you will, say my sources are incorrect or that I'm a liar, I really can't argue this anymore, and I cannot appease every person who shows up in every thread with definitive re-explanations of previously explained events. So I give up, you win, I cannot go on any further. Too much at once, and I have a feeling it will never end at this rate.

Relgion was used at a time when the human race was unable to explain certain things to they used their imagination to create mythical beings to try and give meanings, thats one of the basic human instincts to find out what something is, does or means.

Now we have developed highly and religion has become defunct with science explaining many things, religion has not moved with the times so will proberly die out. The fact we have accurate scientific evidence that has been proven where to only a section in an suposed ancient book written by Italion Monks in the 16th Century. Religon is the sole source of the worlds evils and problems we are better off without it now, personally the UN should ban it.

Upon mutual consultation with Spencer, I felt it's time to simply close the thread. The dead horse has been beaten, the flies are hovering. Let us just let this topic die? I'm gonna close this based on my own judgment.
