Anyone else see the first episode yet?

It was a pretty good opening. With only 3 planned 15min episodes I thought there would have been a little more fit into the episode. Maybe it was just because it felt a bit to short. The animation was very high quality which is one thing I always loved about all the seed gundam series. My only gripe so far is that the character designs for the pilots of buster and duel are horrible. Anyway im looking forward to the next episode, it looks to be a pretty good couple of episodes. Pretty much anything they can come up with would be better than destiny.

Sadly no since theres lack of seeders and couldn't find out when it releases. Well about Destiny it held its own it just used too much tribute stuff from other series and thats what made it a bit sloppy in my point of view. Well maybe because I like seeing things in its original form. Well off to find a good source for Stargazer.

no, destiny sucked balls cause it had crappy characters, crappy storyline, and reused so much stuff from the last series. Destiny in no way held itself together.

the only thing it excelled in was mobile suit designs, which they stole from the UC universe *I think it's that one* and the music.

anyway, I just saw stargazer, it was really good, though I had no idea what they were saying, no subtitles, do you know of one with sub titles sykes?

but anyway, it was really good, the artwork quality was excellent, way above seed, seemed like GITS to me.

but i'll agree, the busters pilot looks like shit but the duels pilot looks ok. Sven looks awesome.

It might be slightly reduced. I cant say for sure since I never downloaded the raw. Still looks awsome though. Anyway its not like we have a choice since its the only sub out right now.

alrighty, now that I can understand what they're saying it was alot more enjoyable.

but one thing I didn't get, why were the children in the ginn attacking the city? eh, it'll probably be told in the next episode.

oh and that ginn was badass to say the least, rocket launcher in one hand and machine gun in the other, pwnage.

Yeah that ginn was cool. Finally got to see one do some damage rather than be used for cannon fodder.

Well I see I should stay quiet about Destiny or else we would make this a battlefield :p Ah well.....two words then "tribute units". Rest I admit is weird story wise but this isn't really the place on your forums right so i'll just really stay quiet about it.

Anywho I got the torrent downloaded only 3 hours later after my first post in this thread so I got it downloaded pretty quickly afterwards. Hey and mines subbed and not a raw, sweet. :p Time to watch this episode.

edit: Woot great but a bit short. The rest should be very interesting ;)

I wasnt treating Stargazer special. Subbed torrents are illegal and I wasnt sure about the rules of the petrolution forums.

Dude subs r only illegal if the anime is liscensed to a company that is translating them to the language the subs are in. Its perfectly legal until sum1 translates the eps and sells them. the only other time subs r illegal is if u are selling them n making a profit which no1 is doing so its all perfectly safe for the next umm however long it takes to buy the rights which is usualy quite a long time after the original jap airing.

Actually any fansub is technically a violation of the copyright. All and anime being licenced means is that the company that owns the copyright is selling it to someone else. The reason you wont get caught if the anime is unlicenced is because the current copyright owner is in japan and they would have to be the ones to prosecute. "even linking to copyrighted materials is illegal." Better safe than sorry.

I don't think it matters if the fansub is illegal or anything like that, it matters if it's against the rules of the forum to post torrents and things like that.

yea, seeing as this isn't our old forum I don't think we can post anything we feel like <_<

Stargazer was exactlly what I wanted, I watched it on vacation. BTW Ginn was cool but I was so happy to see EAF forces shown as good guys(kind of). I like the fact that the Linear Tank took down a Ginn Its about time, even if it took like 5 of them. And the animation quality was excellent.

I really like the end theme.
