hey, how will the nuke be implemented? will only the US have it? will it be a gigantic skirmish winning blast, or just smaller payload in a bomber that ill build amny of to completely carpet bomb the whole map, haha.

will there be any superweapons? and if not super weapons, maybe just large abilities? like, america gets nuke, germany gets a blitzkreig thing, japan gets like a massive banzai charge, russia gets another type of infantry tank rush, britain gets massive carpet bombing... thats all i can really think of for them.

or... is there already super weapons/abilities?

There are three types of nuclear weapons used in conjunction with superweapons (dirty bomb, A-bomb & a higher yelled nuke). There ether delivered via a plane flying at a high altitude or an missile type system (V2 etc)

Superweapons are still very much a WIP & I still need to do a lot of research but by the looks of things there could be 40(ish) different superweapons in the end. Most of which will be bomber airstrikes & paradrops but using different planes, bombs, infantry, etc for each one.

I was thinking a heavy off-the-screen arty strike to be one of the major ones. Will such thing be included?

yeah, major paradrops (especially massive paradrops... those are soo cool!), bombing, and artillery make good weapons.

Well you can build heavy artillery guns yourself so I don’t see the point of having them as a superweapon as well.

The Germans might get one tho but it would be one shell from an 80cm railcannon etc

I suppose in the late/post war timeline though all country's would have nuclear weapons.

Germany nearly developed the nuclear bomb, one of thier scientists messed up one calculation and this stumped the germans until such a point when it didn't matter anyway....

Nuclear Weapons are reserved for the Allies if memory serves me correctly. Germany was developed potent nerve gas and was almost ready to begin mass production.

On the battlefield Nerve Gas is almost as effective, if not more, than nuclear weapons.

Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

But won't it look a bit daft having tanks blow up when hit by nerve agents? Sure, it might kill the crew, but it won't do shag-all to the chassis...

then can the gas be set to halt veichels for a while? like the EMP storm
or make some contrys use similar miners as Yuri, then they would be easy cut off logistic by the gas

EMP logic could work with Rock Patch, but the unit would be disabled permanently, or would spring back into life after a few seconds...neither of which is really realistic. IRL, someone'd probably commandeer the tank, whether it was their own or their enemy's. That's not really possible. VehicleThief=Yes would work but then once stolen it'd still be EMPed

Well TBH I’m not planning to use gas anyway so all this is a bit pointless  Post-war the Germans get an A9 rocket with a warhead filled with radioactive material. It’s basically a long range V2 with radioactive dust in it & when it explodes it spreads the dust everywhere etc. The Germans where planning to use them against New York & probably would have been operational by 1947.

I was just browsing PD's site for (possible) future tags which might be usefull.
Personally i like this one:

NeedsDriver= to make a vehicle only usable if an infantry unit is sent in it

* Driver= tag for infantry types, which defaults to no.

If that one were to be introduced, the Killdriver= tag on a weapon shouldn't be too far away

Interesting but wouldn’t that mean you would have to put a “driver” in every unit after you built it to make them work. I can see the Driver= logic working by hacking the IFV code but Killdriver= would probably have to be a hack of the assaulter logic so would only really work on terror drones etc.

Those are just tag suggestions, remember.

You could have a superweapon that spawns many invisible infantry which turn the tanks neutral, be it by vehicle hijacker or psi-control, but either way I doubt the tanks could be 'retaken', and they would still kinda fire their weapons and stuff.

Perhaps editing the chaos gas fire rate to become something unimaginably long would work better.
Being a total douche.
