Is there a utility or something that should be used to work with the INI files?
I just want to poke around in em and try to learn a little more about that part. I am starting to get a good basic understanding of scripting side and am interested in knowing more about the INI side of these things
Thanks for any info

Forget the question on copying folders.
'Somebody' answered the question for me. I didnt even think of exporting just that folder and then importing it back in

For the ini's you just need to extract them from INI.big (Normal Gens) or INIZH.big (Zero Hour) using a big extractor. FinalBIG does this and can be found here
http://gendev.origin...ction=file&id=7
Once you've extracted them you can use any text editor, eg notepad.

If you are interested in tutorials on INI editing, check out GenDev, or go to the Generals editing forum just above this one.
