What the hell? I've only been there a few times (as a guest and a different name) and thought it was OK. I never thought this would happen. I was surprised when it said Nick and HordeOfDoom had gone. That's seriously messed up. How did this all happen? Nick wrote a bad review of BfME2 and IGN got pissy?

Just when over to the haven and found the story. Dang, so Nick got in trouble for his surprisingly accurate description of BFME II... A shame. I feel sorry for all the MEMW members who got their site taken from them.

I'm gonna tell you this only once, no EA bashing on this site. Discuss things you don't like but don't bash. This site is here because EA made a game. We are nothing without that game. Including all the strong friendships. I'm not gonna tolerate someone elses crap spilling into my forums.

This is a prime example of EA bashing. See it, know it, taste it, and then drop it.

If I have to choose between a user and being listed on EA's site, I'll choose EA. Don't forget that people...

This is a modding site so it will share different views about the game than fan sites. Here we want alot of stuff to work with, fan sites want alot of things to play with as they are. And thats the difference between here and fansites

MEMW isn't really a fansite though. It started off as that but most of them didn't enjoy BFME1, so consequently they also didn't purchase BFME2. There is only a tiny percentage of the regular members there who actually play the BFME series, the rest stayed for the community.

Just to make it clear, I'm not EA bashing in this post. I am one of the ones who actually enjoys the games, yet I believe them in no way to be perfect, hence why I mod them

Well said zimoo. I share that sentiment. I deeply appriciate EA for making the bfme games, but I see that they could be so much better then they are. That is why I say what I do and why I mod them.

This is your site Hostile, and if that is what you feel is appropriate then that is what I'll say here. I will respect your wishes on this, but I disagree with alot you've said recently. Difference of opinions I guess...

Anyway, lets get this all behind us and have some fun.

And there is an expansion pack coming out, which is great. We'll now have more things to meddle with...

no offense to those of you who are from it, but im glad nick lost power. he banned me back earlier in the year for posting something from gamereplays.com about an update for patch 1.03. i dont care that they are losing it.

I just checked it out. It was months ago I viewed Mevault, because they wouldn't update to the new version of RoR I after several requests, without any awnser. So I was pretty suprised to see regular updates from AWD on Mevault now.
