This is basically my suggestion box topic. You can add things that you would like to see in the ini checker here.

Well, when it comes to writing an expository essay about counter-insurgent tactics, I'm of the old school. First you tell them how you're going to kill them. Then you kill them. Then you tell them how you just killed them.

Tools like the csf string editor, when loaded, start as a tiny move in the corner of my screen and i have to clikc maximise to see what im doing. Make this start maximised.

I know this will be hard, but you seem to be a much better coder than I so I would like to request a GUI editing interface similar to MSVC++ where anything after a ; (a comment) is a specified color (blue or something) and ModuleTags are another color, etc. It would make it easier to see whats going on and easier to edit. I'd also like to see warnings and different warning levels.
1)may cause Generals to crash and wont work with WB
2)will work with Generals, but may cause WB to crash
3)may work with both Generals and WB, but shouldnt be done (sloppiness and things that might cause errors)
and then there would be an error for something that would definetly crash Generals like a missing End.
If thats not possible then I understand.

Syntax highlighting would be very nice, especially if different entries had different colors (one for objects, another for weapons, etc.)

Righto, I've already got the code to separate things programmed. Just need to fix a logic error or two (doh), and that will be ready. For GenDebug though, most of this wouldn't be necessary, as most things will be hidden from the user, and they just need to correct mistakes, hopefully with a handy drop down box to select valid things from.
When I get into the actual editor portion of this, then things like that should come out. We'll see when I get that far.
