Though the streets look bad in my opinion... since they are flat, they look like they were rolled out like a carpet.

Where are the barracks anyways? I can't see em.. My fav barracks were the Soviet ones from RA1. The GDI Barracls from TD were cool too.I like those buildings too, especially the barracks. Somehow they could combine the original design with a cool futuristic look.
EDIT: Also true for the powerplants.

There's nothing to suggest DX10 in CnC3. I'd expect it to be an XP orientated title. This isn't Microsoft, they're looking to actually sell games rather than attempt to force people to "upgrade".
