Greetings, I know our two countries have had disagreements in the past but we need your help we send our condolences to the millions who died in the nuclear attacks on your cities by the Belkan maniacs. We are currently fighting a three front war our forces will not last another week for fighting with forces overstretched we need your assistance.


We request you use some of your superior technology on the Belkans to ensure that they are stopped before they walk all other the continent.
