Japan actually is rather boring, one of my uncles was a pilot for British Airways and he said Japan got borring after a while Its a strange country to a Westerner.

just about anything gained by farming is insanely epencive because theres so little land there, they have to import nearly everything.

A friend of mine went there this year, she liked it but described it as "an adventure" - an interesting experience but not somewhere she'd want to live. She brought me back a little Japanese fan. I hope you have a great time there!
