Due to popular demand I've just taken the time to compile and upload a new alpha release. More info on the site

well, I got to look through the readme and it sounds good....BUT, the installer doesn't work. :(

I then tried changing the shortcuts "target" location to where the file was located, and that didn't work either...could you possibly post up the way to manually install it?

ok...I got it working now...noticed it was a FinalBig file and fixed my problem.

I've looked through the new Dale/Dwarven stuff, and it looks really good (excellent work on the Dale soldiers and archers  )...though there are some very noticeable issues (like the Dwaven crossbowmen having a red block over the arrow/bolt)

...this is still in an Alpha stage, though, so its understandable :shiftee:

Keep up the good work!

Huh... the mod starts correctly but many new buttons are pink instead of a picture and most of the new units are invisible. Any suggestions?

that is weird. can you tell me which units and buttons exactly?

i've personally verified the installer and it works.

also, i don't know if this makes any difference, but we developed this mod with patch 1.04

edit:  i've just found out the installer doesn't create the right shortcut...fixing it now
edit2: fixed

well, like i said in the post above, the installer created the same shortcut as the old one, but that's fixed now :p

i've also just uploaded another fix, because the level upgrades were free (we do that for testing)

Can you maybe just upload the updated files, having to download the whole mod new takes forever on dial up, and my downloads keep dumping. It is an awesome mod though. The only problems i had were :
Those pesky pink squares :p
There are still some "MISSING" tags under a couple units
For some reason the game crashed and I got an error when attempted to start a battle where I played Dwarves against Isenguard at the Isenguard map.

the mod consists of two files, one of which is a readme. in short, this is not possible

Those pesky pink squares

please tell us exactly where you see them, so we can fix it

There are still some "MISSING" tags under a couple units

For some reason the game crashed and I got an error when attempted to start a battle where I played Dwarves against Isenguard at the Isenguard map.

thanks, we'll fix it

oh, and next time, please post this in the bug list topic. nice and easy to keep everything in the same topic :p

glad you like the mod
