the only thing that is missing is frank klepacki on the music... any news or rumours about that, or is he a part of Petroglyph and not very friendly towards EA?

Frank Klepacki has been confirmed not to be doing music for CnC3 - seeing as he works with their direct rivals, I sincerely doubt the fallacy of that either :)
