im just asking if i could get a forum for personal work/mods

Feanor said it all. Post techtrees, screenshots, renders, etc and if Joe finds it good enough, you'll get your forum.

well this isnt good yet i still need to bind and make new skin to this (its ugluk skin from lgda5 right now model from vapula) very quick made i will also make some nice buildings from scratch u to u

Just take your time, make some (or better a bit more) good quality stuff and show it. Then I'm sure you'll get your forum in no time...

first off, IF your NOT making a mod, only models and skins, then you should make your own topic about it in the Modeling and Skinning corner, since that's the place for those stuff.....

If your making a mod however, good luck

maybe release mods i have thought about something to bfme1 minas morgul mod (makes minas morgul as a faction) and a minifaction mod (gives small minifactions to build on economyplots)

Then make the ecoplot-minifactions and show them, while you have Minas Morgul as your big project to work on when you already have your forums...

I've been here, but this is the wrong section to show off WIP models and await comments. If you need tips and such, post in the User Submitted Section under Modelling and Skinning. The people there will comment it.

And after you have made some good stuff, you can post the things here and then you'll get hosted.

i made that cuz u said i should post some of my work it isnt coded yet but still

What I wanted to tell you is: Do at least a small part of work on your mod, and then, when at least some things are done (model, skin and code complete), come back and show off you work, so that you can get hosted.
What I didn't want to say was that you should post some WIP shots of your first model here, and then think you'll get hosted for that.
