One badass game. Although not made by Rockstar, the company who developed the Grand Theft Auto series, this is much better in many ways. The Character customizeation is outstanding, from bling to pimp clothing you can dress in whatever you want. You can pick from several different colors of clothing, but there is a very wide selection. Jewelry comes in 4 types of metals, steel, silver, gold, and the most expensive Platinum. Different clothing gives you different amounts of "Respect" bonus. The more respect bonus you get, the more respect you earn from your game, the 3rd Street Saints, a gang that's on the verge of extinction. Car customization is what I like most about this game. Change the color manually, add different colored trim, use spinners, hydrolics, nitros, body mods, almost anything you can think of they have. You can peel out in this game as well, something you couldn't do in GTA, and there are actually blinkers, although the player can't use them.

When in need you can call on the help of your fellow members, you can have up to four in a party with you. But if you are near others and you start shooting, or are attacked they will rush to your aid, and will do their job. They will put themselves in the line of fire to save a fellow member. When you get into cars, your "Homies," as they call them, will follow you into the car, most cars are only two door, which means you can only have one "homie" but when they are in the car with you, whatever weapon they are carrying they will use it, while you the driver is stuck using the pistol or sub machine gun, but they again get the job done, either by putting a 9 through the driver's head, or by blowing out the tires. They'll even help you rob a place. You can either carry the safe's contents on foot to the pawn shop, or you can stick it in the truck of your car and drive it there.

Missions can be a little bit of a pain, in that you have to up your respect bar to full atleast once to to one mission, every full bar lets you do one mission. It's easy to fill the bar, but it's time consuming. The thing about this game is that it allows the player to go through the game in almost anyway they feel like. But what really sets this game apart is that it has the free roam game play online as well. You can even create your own gang and gain respect online. Be the leader of your own gang, just watch out for your enemies, hits are something that happen a lot in this game. Level design is quite confusing when looking at the mini map, but you get used to it quite quickly. Infact the learning curve is about 10 minutes. The textures are great, well IMO, I can't exactly compare it to any other free roam game on the 360, due to the fact that it's the first of its kind on the system. Character design is awsome,
