Your forums are at GR... Drat. GR never allowed access to me on their site. I can't look at anything but the front page! Has been like that since BFME Came out

the forum is actually better here bc that site shows the mod before i changed it to "Selda"

EDIT: the tech tree has been updated with name changes, so go check it out and let me know what you think, and dont forget to apply for a position on the mod team, any position you want.

don't push ;) people will join if they want, and if they don't, begging them is not really going to help, and it will damage your reputation. just some advice

i cando mapping and coding, i would just like it if the work could be spread out a bit more, but i should probably get some maps going, ive already been coding for a while now, so a break from that would be nice

EDIT:i just realized maps cant be done yet bc the buildings that woulldbe inlcued on the maps and the lairs are not created yet, so maps are gonna wait until the end, my mistake

Err, I will ask: What Happened? I would go to GR.ORG and read the story, but as I said earlier (I think) I can't go to GR.org, never could :(

as promised, the updates on gr will be here, and this is number 1:
UPDATE: I have finished the basic coding for the factions to appear in game, but without the actual castles/bases, i wont be able to continue with the actual coding of the individual factions and the functions theyll have. So until someone offers to make the castles for the factions, ill have to code something else, or make some maps with only basic terrain until the buildings for THOSE are done.

what's keeping you from making the bases/castles?

i have the difficult task of fixing errors in my coding, finishing up basic coding, gathering completed work from team members, adding THAT in, and of course, school.....i could try to fit in making bases, but it may take longer than if someone else did it. ill wait a few days and see if someone offers to make the bases, if no one offers, ill just try to fit it into my schedule.

good news, i want to thank turbinator for offering to make the castles, and because of this generosity, i will soon be able to continue with hairool castle faction, and hopefully, a second faction(gadros)will be completed soon after. if i can get one or two people to offer to make models for units and heros, i may be able to accept applications for the private alpha test before the end of the year, but this IS just an estimate, and if anything else goes wrong, itll get pushed back.

wow! thanks for your input. i think dead mountain is good, so ill consider it. the lake hilia thing will only be used if i make a lake hilia map, and we were using biforce, but tripower sounds good too. ill think about it. ghanon may work, and we already used selda, and we decided on leenk instead of lynk for some variety. im not sure how ill use dyn, nairu and ferore, but if icome up with something ill use them. what did u mean by vahti?
