The Maynor Banking Association is a perfectly legitimate Business owned by a master S. Lyranon, it is self sufficient money wise but else does not produce any money. Most of the money is taken up in information gathering as it infact a front for a contract agency, to ask for services you need to ask for a loan of 5000 memorian gold and tell the teller that you have "A very difficult problem that must be sorted carefully" This will let you in to the main working's of it.
