I'm not too sure about the Harad upgrades, but the suggestions for Minas Morgul certainly look good. Thanks for your suggestions

Haradrim Upgrades... maybe "Ancient Sorcery"- could allow creation of wraith-like Black-Numenorian soldiers, like an elite unit. Herumor and Fuinir were renegade evil Numenoreans who joined the Haradrim long ago. Perhaps them in an ethereal form? or "Grasp of Sauron" improves army speed and creation time...actually that would probably make a better power, like an improved Call the Horde.
