Stereotyping just sucks there are plenty of gamers that are "hip" as they put it already, sure there are gamers that are obese and some skinny but we are on a big planet of course your get them types of gamers too.
But who cares aslong as game sare fun and exciting thats all that matters.

PS: the Wii sucks (imo, but i will hold my final thoughs on that when its released)

y does it suck?
the first 1 and expasion pack had really bad graphics and that is about it
COD2 has good graphics and very good multiplayer
COD3 is not out but it looked good in (better graphics,more ways 2 Melee,better explosion and i think better over all realistic)(but gameplay is still the same (i think))

firstly graphics does not make a game, gameplay and story line makes a good game.

Secondly i hate the game as it simply is no relalistic, I watched friends play it and i have played it aswell and the aimming system is crap.
U could be carrying a tommy gun into a house CQC and spam all your ammo at a guy 1 feet away and still not hit the ass... i wonder why that is?
O wait i know, because the makers think that you should always sight your weapon to make it accurate.
I mean hell lets all forget about the "relalistic" style of game play because even in CQC everyone sights there weapons even if its like right in front of u, with a split second befor eu die or he dies, of course in that situation u have perfectly enough time to sight your weapon.
how is that relalistic?
If i am in close combat i know for fuck i not waste my time looking down the barrell of "FULL" automatic weapon when the guy is 2 feet infront of me because omg i soo gonna miss (hit of sarcasum)

in other words just small things about it that make it totle crap, Also mg34 and mg44 can be carryed sure you can't fire them on the move effectivly but that game does not even give u the choise of carrying them. I don't even think u can lay down (go prone) in that game if i remember rightly.

DoD is a much more fun game than CoD.

well i enjoy the game alot
i dont know what u r talking about with the aiming but here is what i know
Thompson=very fast firing and effective in close range(but not accurate)
MP44=a very good all around gun only bad thing is the slow rate of firing and low mobility
PPSH=whole shit load of bullets not very accurate but also fast firing
I love playing sniper though

But thats the problem tiker the guns are ment to be good in CQC but i played it and i would not say i am the best first person player but i sure as hell am good at them, and my friends are good at first persons aswell and yet i seen them die meny times when the gun just is soo un accurate that u could miss a person with the barrel in ther back.

If i gonna play a world war 2 game i'll play something i knows fun and actuly has some working guns that hit there targets and lets u actuly use guns proply ie: mg34 and mg44 is carryable.

DoD or DoD source muhahah hl2 engin owns CoD 1000 times over.

I've never played CoD but I think it's the same thing with those WW2 games over and over agin, atleast with most of them, and HL2 engine is just cool, I play CSS and I just love it

And there was one FF movie I saw and I liked it , just forgot the name

Source engine kicks total butt! i love GarrysMod (Source engine sandbox/build mod)

WW2 mods get repeating because its the same weapons over and over, and i dont think they will make nay new ones...

and the first FF movie was good, i forgot about it... but advent children really sucks... so does the "new ff7" PS2 game

The best WW2 game is BF1942 with Forgottenhope mod, nothing beats that!

Ok, BF is sth complete differnt from sth like CoD but I started hating scripted missions, where you can exactly say that if you move then meters forward, there will be 5 man sitting behind you suddenly!

and the first FF movie was final fantasy spirits within, second was final fantasy advent children.
Spirits within was actuly seen as a failure more than a success because ff fans found it a dissapointment, personly i like it. Advent children is great, judgeing from your statement about final fantasy i would guess u have no understanding of the story and so u must be ignaront and not like it because of this fact.

And they are not ever making a ff7 remake not on ps3 not on psp not on anything, the reason for this is simple.
FF7 was such a MASSIVE success and has such a massive fan base that SE (square enix) fears that if they make a new version it would not be as good as the first one and would piss off alot of the fans.

Why do u think they made advent children based after ff7?
all the fans cryed for ff7 movie but they did not do it because they do not want to dissapoint there fans and making the game again or a movie of it might not be as good as the original.

i wasnt talking about a remake, but theres a new game for PS2 called "Derige of Cerbus" where u play Vincent and jump around shooting...

I loved the Spirits within movie! I'm a hardcore Sci-Fi junky and don't care for the FF games too much. So it didn't hurt my feelings at all if FFSW had nothing to do with the games.. I actualy prefered it that way.

Advent children didn't do it for me though.. I felt like I was watching some one else play a video game... not watching a movie. I don't think it was a BAD movie... but not being a FF7 fan the whole story was lost on me and it was a series of unconnected fight sequences and an oversized sword. Its the type of thing you have to know a little about to really enjoy. The FMA: Conquerer of Shambala is alot like that. If you are a FMA fan then it was a frickn awsome movie because it picks up so many loose strings from the serries, but if you didn't watch all 50+ epissodes of the serries then you just spend 2 hours going wtf?

the last FF game I played and really enjoyed was FF1... on original NES. I had just beaten Dragon Warrior (1) and found them very both very cool. A little while later I got a Sega:Genisis and then I never baught another console system... The first one I baught in like 15 years was for my son to play on. I'm a pure PC kinda guy.

well that is because u cant just make up some WW2 weapon
it has 2 be real(unless some explore exploring Germany suddenly falls into a cave and there is a hole shit load of German secret weapons never kown 2 any 1

Alright I got two cents... You can have them...

CoD is too unrealistic.
The Console ones at least.
(Note I used to own CoD for PC with all expansions, COD for Xbox, and I own COD 2 Big Red One, and I beat COD 2 for Xbox 360.)
I walked out of a door. Got shot like 30 times with an MG42 and was able to turn around and walk back into the door. I do play Big Red One often though.
But that one was a bit more fun too.

I like FF:SW FF:AC and I like FF7:DoC.
They're all good. and It's cerberus. not cerbus.

DoD is pretty fun. Although not enough people get on.
And of course I know what garry's mod is. I play it atleast once
a night.
