to allmighy Pend: I am a FF7 fan, and was really looking forward to Advent Children... got really disappionted. I think FF should be game after game, no followups, that worked for Spirits within^^.
Not to mention most FF games! Now lets talk about another game... like Postal 2 or something!

Between now and the next polished release there should be very little new art work done. Instead the focus is on designing, testing, and fixing. the mod has always been so close to finished that its nearly criminal. I'd love to see this through to the end with a real community effort.

no. You have to go do regular chores. (get milk, get gary coleman's autograph, or go cash your pay check.)u go around town and kill random ppl and then piss on them
and the people in the town are assholes to you and everyone starts to hate you because you work at a video
game company and drink milk. and you have to try to survive the week without going postal. (or being caught)

i had some company of heroes video(or atleast links to them) on the first pageI've not seen any videos for Company of Heros, but I've read about it... I'm ALL jazzed up and ready to play it! If it rocks as much as I hope then I'll totaly be modding it instead of DoW after I finish Remix3.

thats holfuly will be god, as flashpoint was soo cool even tho its an old game its maps size and relalism kicked ass.
O and the reason the FF series is not always a follow on is simple, the plots we get old and peaple would get bored fo the same old charatures. Also did u not played ffx and ff x-2? ffx-2 was a follow on but it did not do as good as the ffx and alot of peaple did not like it... personly i loved the way the combat system worked with the jobs its not a bad game.
Think of FF's like this a "book" its a story that u play through, not like first persons or rts where they have a plot and such. the ff's are true storys with charatures all with the own backgrounds and citys and such.
And if u want a ff game thats is continuing peewee then get final fantasy 11 online, updated every 2-3 months with new contrent and stuff. and has 3 expansions out with a full new storys per expanion, thats not to mention all the areas monsters and quest there are.

for example
lets take a map that u play on
Germans againest US
in a city with small streets
no planes in the map
every German tank crew parks Tiger tanks in every streets and then they r all reinforced by MGs and snipers and other infantry
as soon as a Sherman(or other aillied tank) show up the tiger blows it up
another allied tank come while the tiger is reloading it shoots but doesnt do much 2 the tiger tank
u got a undestructable blockade

Dude the sherman tanks owned , sure they was weaker and less powerful than the german tanks but they was faster less likly to sink into mud and get suck was built in hugh numbers and basicly pawned tiger tanks.but if they make WW2 games 2 real it would be unbalanced
for example
lets take a map that u play on
Germans againest US
in a city with small streets
no planes in the map

as soon as a Sherman(or other aillied tank) show up the tiger blows it up
another allied tank come while the tiger is reloading it shoots but doesnt do much 2 the tiger tank
u got a undestructable blockade
Only because of the vast numbers 1 tiger tank can't take on a group of shermans.
I can't rememebr the ratio but i read somewhere that for every 1 tiger there was like 10 shermans, but i might be off by 2 or 3 tanks.
And the tigers 2 sucked in a way they was too heavy and often got stuck in mud and such making them easy targets and more of a stationary defence. Also if your talking realism then there would be allied air support as allies had air suppioirty for like all the war

allies had 2 much bombers
1 month in 1945 a German squadron of ME262 shot down like 45 planes
i think 5 Shermans could take 1 Tiger 1
tatic was
1 would draw the fire so the others know where the Tiger is
2 would ditract
2 would try 2 go around
most of the time only 1 makes it and shoots the Tiger in the rear(which blows it up)
doesnt work when there is alot of Tigers with supporting Panzers

that would not have helped much think about how meny allied countrys was attacking germans, even with all the lost aircrafst they could not deal with the amount of aircrafts there up agest and you also have to remember the thing planes need... pilots. germans would be lossing pilots fast so they can't really train new ones that fast.if only Germany didnt waste their planes in Battle of Britian

First you can get killed by any kind of weapon with a single shot, just have to have look.
Then Germany almost won the Battle of Britain, and even the British admit it!
Then the Sherman was never desinged as a tank hunter it was an infantry support tank.
Ok there were tank hunter versions, but not in the first place! And then there where simply tooo many of them!!!!

A german bomber was nocked of coruse and ran into heavy aa, they paniced and dropped there payload over london. BAD mistake.
Churchill had said that they wont retailiat(sp) only defend, BUT if 1 bomb hits a english city they will send there bombers to berlin.
Since churchill retailated like he said he would hitler made the second mistake of ordering relataliation on english citys.
This gave the royal airforce time to rebuild there airfields repair and build new planes and train new pilots.
And shermans rocked i totly love them, they maybe not powerful like the german tanks but as i said they wont by vast numbers.
