and it's easier to say 'scene' than give every album and item of clothing i own

Why not wait until people get to know you? That one word can never describe you completely. You don't have to show people your entire wardrobe and music collection, they'll get an idea of your clothing style if they see you often anyway. Besides, your style of clothing is only a small bit of your personality.

People are more than just one word. Even if you were to be "defined" in this "class normal", what does that say about your personality? Very little if you ask me..

People call me Gothic because i were big baggy black pants, and other alternative looking close. but that doesnt make me Gothic. I mostly hang out with the skater fags because they were all about partying and having a good time. but does that make me a skater fag? NO! I listen stuff like slipknot, ICP, Twizted, musrhoomhead, lamb of god... stuff like that does that make me a freak? NO! People piss me off a lot, on how stupied they really can be.

I see what you mean though. I get pushed into a box alot too. Because of my hair, music taste and clothing, and some other 'mental' things. I'm either emo or goth, people can never look past a first appearance. I'm not depressed or very in touch with my emotions, and I do not listen to goth music at all. It gets annoying after a while, but just know that you're at least 2 times as intelligent as them.

I don't get classed as any one thing, I just get odd looks. It's quite amusing seeing people looking at me confused due to me having loud J-Pop blaring out my headphones on the bus.

I got my name from listening to a song from Children of Bodom. Originally it was going to be twilight, but i was thinking it was taken or it is not original.

So i spiced it up, making it twilUS

If people really feel the need to clasify me, those people can call me "Superior"

Well, i think the bitchin here is harsh, but i also think no-one should class themselves as emo, as that is mostly a deregoraty term. I have long hair, it soemtimes falls over one eye and i listen to rock. Apparently i'm an emo. I don't care, i'm myself and it doesn't really matter. Anyone can be depressed, doesn't make you an emo.

Oh, and the wearing eyeliner, black nail poslish and tight jeans doesn't make you an emo. It makes you a Transvestite.

as for you twilus, don't even get me started on that "my life is depressing so i'm gonna be emo" shit. my life has been pretty fucked up, and when it came time to make a decision as to how i wanted to live my life i decided not to wallow in my agony and strife but to rise above it and excel when no one thought i could. i have devoted my self to my art and to preventing people from making the stupid decision that you made and help them fight their troubles and live the life that they want too. don't take the easy way out man, that's simply retarded and does nothing for you. take the offensive and show the world who's boss, let them know that you aren't gonna put up with their shit any more, assert yourself now or someone else will do it for you and you'll be stuck in the hell that you have decided to surround yourself with. everyone is better than that, it's just a matter of whether they believe that they are or not. don't believe that everyone else is better or stronger than you because it is those who know pain and how to deal with it that are strongest in the end, which is the time when people will truly recognize who you are and respect you for the person that you have become.
