No a staff member said that they arent in and that no one is reskinning them which is why I made that suggestion.
RA will be using my Merry (not the ceremonial one), Frodo, and Sam skins/models (Dain has done Pippin). This does not mean that Frodo and Sam will be in anything but the campaign for RA.

The models especially of the hobbits as well as of the others look great.
I just play a bit in game with them (I hope that they are in Gondor and/or Rohan as in normal BfME), then I can say how it is to play with me
