Not really, but if you want to play an online game with Gil-Gilad then just ask whoever you are playing and I'm guessing that chances are they will

Celeglin, the creator of the mod, hasn't got internet access at the moment, so he is unable to post a completed version on the site as of yet.

Cel hasn't been online in three months, so we don't know. It is a beta, but it is very playable, and is a great mod. Don't be put off by the beta status.

the likelyhood is he didnt install 1.03 which can be found easilly on an internet search. is it on the web page a good link? if not it's probably a good idea.
also which page are they discusing(not spelled right i no)arrows for elves on?

you mean yuove lefted the best mod ever created, what i though god made for a short time. To work for rhovain alliance. Abbandeoned new thing for elven alliance, just like that. I was really looking forward to new updates. playing with dundein and citdal guard. But rhovain alliance!! That mod has even left the ground for 3 years or 4 years nothing.

Right. Celeglin has not been online for over 6 months, as his appartment didn't have the internet. However, why he hasn't been able to make a single appearance since, we don't know. It's probably safe to say TEA, TLT and his RA work have been abandoned.
Secondly, Cel worked for both TEA and RA at the same time for well over a year, so do your research before accusing him of ditching TEA for RA.
