When I get a chance I'll get you a better version of the logo for the sig. But I like what you did. Looks good. Border is alittle too thick though.

Looks much better except drop the drop shadow, at least on the NOD one, maybe keep the shadow on the GDI. Than it'll be great.
Also move the NOD logo up so it violates the top border as much as the GDI logo does. Just for image consistancy. It looks like you may have to enlarge the NOD logo abit to do that.

I shrunk the NOD logo in the first place, so it shouldn't be a problem
