Great, welcome to the team then :p

And of course, we're still open for more people to join...

We have just started on the design documents.

Currently there is a discussion on how the engine should handle AI behaviour.

At the same time, there is quite some discussion about the game itself. Mainly the factions, story, interface as well as a few more gameplay specific subjects, such as the effect of terrain, wether, but also how to implent heroes.

A little update. We're currently working on 1 of the pre-projects, a 2D RPG game. For this we'll be developing our own Java 2D Game engine. We're trying to come up with a name, and any ideas would be most welcome. With all the creative people here that shouldn't be a problem ;)

Sounds Like fun but I don't know much about programming. I'm currently Idea Man.
