In more than one-way. I was disappointed with the release of YR. Between the poor story line, a lack of a Yuri campaign, plus the lack of units, structures, and the unbalance between the three factions.

Please list things that you wanted to see in YR, or things that you wish to see in Command & Conquer Destiny. Ideas and suggestions of new units, structures, and abilitys of countries and sides, or general improvements to existing ones.

Perhaps some way of giving bonuses, while creating weaknesses for certain player strategies? This would involve making some units for certain countries inaccessible (like for France, as they have GC's, an advanced armored vehicle, like the Battle Fortresses aren't buildable), modifying production times and unit costs, and introducing more units in to try to cover weaknesses, just not all the way (France, as with the above idea in which it has no Battle Fortresses, just has the old-school APC).

this may be a little tough but make the sides more unique, like how yuri's miner is so unique from the other 2, but try and keep it balanced. Also, a more diverse naval fleet, naval wars just dont seem worth it with such a small navy.
I have returned to Revora Forums after half a year of absence. I have changed a lot since then.

Well, for starters, if you are going for the balancing strengths and weaknesses, then this may help:
ALLIED

All: Some sort of precision-strike SW, a larger MBT to deal with faults of Grizzly (perhaps just a Grizzly upgrade?),

France: Maginot Line (defensive structures get a boost for building times, perhaps a French-specific wall or another defensive structure to go with the Grand Cannon?), Engineering Deficiency (replace certain vehicles [BF -> APC], increase buildtimes for French infantry or buildings)

Germany: Technological Blitzkrieg (tanks are built faster, some kind of high-tech tank to couple with the Tank Destroyer), Undermanned (infantry units cost more, and something under Infantry tab is unavailable [perhaps the GGI or something])

That's all I've got for you now. Remember, this is just a guideline, lots of addition mods do these things (up until removing units for certain countries' use). It's your choice whether to use these, incorporate different ideas, or mix and match these ideas with others.

Thank you I will do that. I was thinking of doing this because it fits into the story-line well and its more real life as well.

French:

-No Battle Fortress
-Armored APC (medium speed, can transport 5 man that can't shoot out, very good armored)
-Grand Patriot (a big Patriot that fires 5 Patrot Missiles and is better armored)

Germany:

-No GGI
-Tank Hunter (fires a very powerfull missile over a great distance, missile has the smae warhead as the Tank Destroyer, needs a lon time to reload, can't fire at air)
-Uberlord (stolen from the Chinese, a Tank Destroyer that has the same armor as the Apocalypse, can fire over great ranges and can fire at aircraft, destroys every vehicle or aircraft in 2 or 3 shots and needs medium time to reload, can't fire at infantry)

Ahem. Sorry, nfs, but I'm thinking no Uberlord on this one. He's trying to balance and make sides more interesting, not overpower the Allies. Plus, you were basing those off of my guidelines. :)

Total removal of the Yuri side.











I know you want do this, but the Yuri side was the worst addition to a game I have ever seen.


I have an idea I know I probably won't be able to implement in a mod for a long while, so I tell you.

Chrono Truck
Truck
Average speed (Wheeled, not chronosphering.)
Machine Gun (The mod I was planning, in which I would turn RA2 the way I wanted it, it would use the magnetron's locomotor weapon with the chrono locomotor so this vehicle would be able to teleport vehicles to itself)
Capable of chronosphering itself instantly to a building (I believe this must be a specific building due to the coding, have a look at the chronominer code, it will basically work like that.)
I am not sure if it is codeable, but it would be an awsome addition.

About the Uberlord...
I have never seen nation specific stole tech.
What if it is made stolen tech? With extreme weakness towards infantry?

And a mobile Iron Curtain, but with a sufficient ammo count so you can't overuse it, but it still can provide support for your tanks.

ROFL, NFS's changes are basically CannisRules. ;)

MCVs idea is possible, but was origionally planned to be for the Chrono Prison, theoretically, where it would capture something in its sphere then teleport back to a structure then convert the captured unit into cash.

I would like to see more units to be able to go in stratagies like a heavy allied bomber so that you can take out deffence then strike iwith tanks thats just my Oppinion

I think the Kirov is fine the way it is..slow and strong.

why not just make better flak/ patriots :

This is a flak I made for my mod, and with a patriot that shoots two missiles( like it was meant to do ).
things will balance out nicely with the damage cut in half and a burst=2 + a higher ROF.

oh..and ofcourse theres yuris gattling guns, I suppose they could use a small boost in damage.

As for the other stuff Id'e like to see in yr: Better navy for all sides( replace the stupid out of place oversized Destroyer plz), more unique units/buildings for each country like most of you mentioned, BALANCE!, and tons more maps.
