Not really. The Elven castle is only a tiny bit larger than the other faction's: the reason why it appears so much bigger in the Palantir map is because the trees around the base show up in the minimap, while the other faction's walls don't.On another note, would it be possible to maybe downsize the Elves castle just a bit? The trees around the citadel make it look gigantic compared to the regular factions. Possibly a little balance factors playing in there I think.

Haldir rush is extremely effective though, as he can act as a meat shield while scouts slaughter enemies.
Yes, Haldir is very usefull, but he has low HP. He needs attetion all time, especially against Isengard - Uruks with War Chant and Lurtz are dangerous.

ya, Peasants and Gondor soldiers would get owned. But Uruks and Xbows is a deadly counter to Mirkwood archers

Isengard is hard to beat early game. Uruks, X-bows and Lurtz can own everything Elves have. After getting Haldir and Knights it's much easier to destroy Isen.
Only creeping can save Elves while playing against White Hand or Gondor.

Scout can kill Yeoman (Elves are better IMO and have same cost), but Gondor Archers are so spamable... And with Soldiers are really hard to beat.

Yes, but peasants are much more vulnerable to arrows than Gondor Soldiers. Anyway, with good usage of formations Scouts can win

No Scots are not so good. Elven problem is that they don't have a Swordsman type unit.

Scouts are not unbeatable, but can rather easily own Rohan and Mordor early. Against Gondor and Isengard they need loads of attention and a forest area.
BTW, don't you think that Arwen+Glorfindel+ 2-3 Lancers combo is extremely usefull? Even better than with Knights IMO.

It's the main reason. And with Arwens fear ability and Glorfindel's Noldor Light they can kill everything
