F12 for screenshots. Also use F9 to hide the UI (palantir, Hero Portraits, etc) so it doesn't clutter up the screenshot. Glad I could help! :p :)

What exactly do you mean?
Just rip off my bases, check for the object names I used and include it in your mod... voilà.

What exactly do you mean? That you can still see the buildings in this effect or what?

You need an alpha update:

Alpha = DefaultAlpha
	Alpha1 = 1 1 0
	Alpha2 = 0 0 20
  End
Something like this. You can have up to 8, to make it more fluent and smooth. First two numbers are the opacity (1 = opaque, 0 = transparent), third the delay in frames. So in this case, the system will be invisible after 20 frames. I think you can create the effect yourself now... otherwise just ask.

hey, i have edited his command set, and experience levles, it is in the palinter but when u click on it the curos diesnt apper, what else do i have to do?

Replace upgrade_sarumandominate with an upgrade in Gandalf's exp levels that is given at the level you want him to earn the power at. Basically, when you want to transfer a power from one hero to another, you copy all behaviors related to the power (look at the commandbutton and find the specialpower it uses; then search for that in the hero's ini) from the original hero's ini to the hero's ini you want to add the power to, then edit the commandset (to add the commandbutton) & exp levels (to add the required upgrade).
