How can I make a hero power to an upgrade and make new powers for the spellbook?

Not sure what you mean and want to do by this.

Look at existing ones. :p

in playertemplate.ini you will find some codes that make you start with a few builders. copy and edit that, it's pretty straightforward

My final question for now

I have used notedpad to make a new hero but im stuck for adding it.
Help is needed immediatly

well in the bfme2 ini (main ini) it has like a file for evetry hero and or unit. Well i need my towerguard hero to have one of them so he can work ingame

As far as i know your talking about a object code. Well save the file as .ini notepad can save .ini yes.
Once thats done place the ini inside goodfaction/units/men or whatever. Open up playertemplate.ini go to the men faction and add your heros object name to the Buildable Heroes.

Dont have bfme2 installed anymore. Right click on your bfme2 shortcut and view the target.
