I can help you if you think I'm good enough.

Do you want it as a Cascading Style Sheet file?

Basically, its a big JPG image that needs some code for all the frames etc... that might need going on it, i hate frames so thats why i asked, i'll put it up somewhere and link it.

Edit: here no one may download this or use it without my express permission.

You don't want to use frames and you want it to look as good as that in HTML? :bomb: You're nuts

I don't like them either, just too lazy to do one without using frames... I feel like sleeping right now, although it's only 8:13 AM... :D

I can design a frame and a non-frame site starting from a blank Notepad page...

But I'm afraid I'll pass this one and just will stand aside to help out when needed, as building a page involves quite much, and I'm thinking of making one myself, and I'm designing the layout now, coding shouldn't be much of a problem, if I only knew what PHP was, what are it's advantages, and should I learn it ?

For my site, http://www.upperone.com, HTML is a need because I'm too poor to afford the better package which enables PHP and MySQL... :(

well it's actually not that hard, the way I learned is by using Macromedia Dreamweaver MX's built in PHP functions. When i knew how they worked then it was easy

Every programming language is hard at the beginning...

but PHP isn't a programming language, it's a scripting language

I don't actually find any languages hard at the beginning, i know how to code in almost all of them. I just have my preferences

i think PHP is much better than Perl, mainly because it's ISAPI based, not CGI
