How do i make an upgrade that will allow me to change the bse.files for the base(aka expanding your base)

i don't think you can. however, you can let the fortress citadel spawn another base on buying the upgrade, which will unpack itself

Is it possible to make an upgrade to build walls on the base and upgrades for the walls that make gates and so on?

I think you could use castle upgrades (like Numenor Stonework or so) and place some wall foundations in your .bse. Now initially give them no model and an empty commandset, but once the castle upgrade is purchased, they become visible and can build up your walls/gates/whatever. Might be worth a try...

is it possible to make an upgrade that makes wall hubs to make new walls?for bfme1

As far as i know wall building is impossible in bfme1....
